News Nov 1st 2004: John Harford to appear on Phoenix FM
The band's solo cornet player and youth instructor, John Harford, will be appearing
on Dublin 15's local community radio station, Phoenix FM, on Saturday the 6th
of November. John will be a guest on the popular 'Soundbites' programme, which
airs from 3pm to 5.30pm each Saturday. A range of topics will be discussed with
the presenters including the bands' plans for their 180th anniversary, their plans
for a new youth band and much more. John will be appearing on the show at 3.30pm,
so don't miss it!
Phoenix FM is Ireland's only fully volunteer run licensed radio station and broadcasts
on the frequency 92.5FM, from 7pm to 11pm Monday to Fridays, from 3pm to 11pm
Saturdays and from 5.30pm to 11pm Sundays.
