News May 15th 2006: Band announces summer schedule
The Band have announced their concert schedule for the summer period. It kicks
off this week when the band peform on their home patch of Blanchardstown for the
Fingal Seniors Arts Festival. The band will be playing a wide variety of concerts
over the summer, ranging from their usual haunts of Castleknock College, The Hollow
and Dun Laoghaire to the new recurring favourite that is Farmleigh House. Also
during the summer the band will host their own festival to celebrate their 180
years of playing. The band are currently in talks with Fingal Council and other
bands from around the country and beyond to help make the day a great celebration.
When details are finalised they will be posted here so check back soon.
Although the band have a busy schedule arranged for the summer they could still
